Fast Invoices is FBR/PRAL-integrated invoicing software built for Pakistani businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information We Collect
When you sign up for Fast Invoices, we collect your company details (name, NTN, S/T BRN), FBR API credentials you provide for Digital Invoicing integration, buyer and item masters you enter, and invoice data you create. We also collect basic account and support-contact information (email, WhatsApp number) so we can assist with FBR compliance and SRO 350/709 setup.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate the FBR Digital Invoicing service: validating invoices, submitting them to FBR through the PRAL DI API, generating IRN and QR codes, and enabling WhatsApp and email invoice sharing. We never sell your invoice or customer data to third parties.
FBR Integration & Data Transmission
To keep you compliant with SRO 350(I)/2024 and SRO 709(I)/2025, Fast Invoices transmits the invoice data you submit to the Federal Board of Revenue via the authorized PRAL Digital Invoicing interface. This transmission is required for FBR-compliant e-invoicing and is performed over encrypted connections.
Data Retention & Security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and apply role-based access control, secure authentication, and encryption in transit. You can request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
